Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as one of the top athletes in sports. The 2016 Olympics were held at Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s only female gymnast ever to win 4 gold medals. Biles also took home the world title for all-around 3 times in succession (2013-15). Biles lived in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after her and her sister Adria received adoption by grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone's fascination with gymnastics started at age six, during a trip with her day-care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained with Aimee Borman as coach from 2011. Biles took home a medal for vaulting, and also a medal in floor gymnastics at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. In 2011, she began playing in elite levels of the sport. Within two years she had won the sport. What set Biles out was her consistency her flamboyant attitude and the extreme level of challenge she integrated into her routines throughout all four events--vault uneven bars balance beam and floor exercises.
